Therma-Tru Additions and Deductions

How To Order

When ordering a Therma-Tru door, the following information is required: 1. Quantity, size (width and height) and door design number (sidelite also if required). 2. Type of unit: Single, Double, 1- or 2-sidelite combination, transom, 2- or 3-door patio unit. 3. Door Handing; for double doors, the active panel must be specified. 4. Jamb width: standard jamb width is 4-9/16” however additional jamb sizes are available. 5. Door Swing: standard is inswing, please specify outswing or stationary. 6. Backset: standard backset is 2-3/4” for 3/0 doors, standard facebore is 2-1/8”. Note: Classic Craft doors require a 2-3/8” backset, see boring specifications for other limitations. 7. Other Additions and Deductions for Therma-Tru doors can be found in this section of this book. 8. Storm Door Ready Unit: Units with a continuous sill can include a storm door ready mullpost.
